REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges on most items*:

*We do not accept returns or exchanges of upcycled items, on sale items, limited edition items, exclusive items, limited items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after 10 working days. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have used the necklace for any occasion.

 

*We do accept exchanges if your item is equivalent with another item. Within 10 working days.

If the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or if you have a fitting issue, mail us with all the necessary details at: info@cherrypaopao.com

The shipping costs are paid by you, we do not pay or refund these. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return and receive precise address details, please contact us via email at info@cherrypaopao.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
